What's the difference between Personal and Organization plans?
Personal plans (Free and Pro) are for your individual workspace. Organization plans add team features like role-based access control, teams, audit logging, and enterprise DBMS support. They are billed per-seat and fully independent from your personal plan.
Can I have both a Personal and Organization plan?
Yes. Personal and Organization plans are completely independent. You can be on a Free or Pro personal plan while also creating or belonging to one or more organizations. Each has its own billing.
What are editor seats on the Pro plan?
Editor seats let you invite other users to actively edit your projects. Each seat costs $9/month and grants that person edit access across all projects you invite them to. View-only sharing is unlimited and free on all plans.
Which DBMS are supported on each plan?
All plans support PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, and SQLite. Enterprise DBMS (Oracle, BigQuery, Redshift) require an Organization or Enterprise plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual billing, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly period.
What happens if I hit my project or table limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade or purchase additional projects as add-ons. Your existing work remains fully accessible — you just won't be able to create new projects or tables until you upgrade or add capacity.
What happens when I downgrade from Pro to Free?
You keep full Pro access until the end of your billing period. After that, all projects become read-only until you reduce to Free limits (1 project, 4 tables). No data is ever deleted automatically — you choose what to keep.
